Evaluation
We map the full storage stack — physical disks, RAID/controller, volume manager, virtualisation layer, and guest file systems or databases — and the event that triggered the failure.
Diagnosis
Each member disk is assessed individually; unhealthy disks are stabilised and imaged before any array-level work.
Recovery attempt
From images, we reconstruct the RAID and volume layout offline, then rebuild the virtual disks, file systems and, where needed, database structures — leaving the original disks unaltered.
Verification
Recovered volumes, VMs, files and databases are validated for integrity and consistency.
Secure return

What To Do First — And What To Avoid
Do not force array rebuilds or re-initialise the storage while the failure is unresolved.
Do not restore over the affected volume or re-provision LUNs you may need recovered.
Do not run file-system or database repair tools against a damaged volume without a copy in place.
Preserve the disk order and controller configuration, and avoid firmware changes.
Shut down safely where possible, keep all disks together, and submit a request describing the array, virtualisation and what changed.
