Our Recovery Process
Evaluation
We check whether the drive is detected and how it presents (RAW, wrong capacity, write-protected, invisible) to separate logical faults from controller or connector damage.
Diagnosis
For physical cases we inspect the connector and PCB; for electronic faults we assess the controller and NAND health; for logical cases we examine the file system.
Recovery attempt
Depending on the fault, work may involve connector/board repair to restore access, controller-level handling, or in severe cases reading the NAND directly and reconstructing the data through the correct addressing.
Verification
Recovered files are validated for integrity and structure where the metadata allows.
Secure return
Data is returned on appropriate media and your drive is handled confidentially throughout.

Is Your USB Failing?
- "You need to format the disk before you can use it"
- Drive shows completely empty (0 bytes)
- Bent or wobbly USB connector
- Files turned into weird symbols or shortcuts
What To Do First — And What To Avoid
Stop using the drive and remove it safely — do not keep re-inserting a drive that isn't detected.
Do not format a drive that prompts you to, if you need the data.
Do not run chkdsk or repair tools on a RAW or corrupt flash drive; these can overwrite recoverable structures.
Do not wiggle or force a loose/broken connector — this can damage the board or NAND further.
Do not solder or open the drive yourself. Submit a request and describe the symptom.
